November 5 is going to be a big day for Xiaomi. Why? This is because the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is launching several products in Beijing, China, on the stated date. One of the three Xiaomi products launching on Nov 5 is Mi Watch with smart features. Xiaomi is already selling fitness bands aka Mi Bands in several markets -- including India -- but it is for the first time that the company is launching its own smartwatch. The watch will simply be called Mi Watch, leaks and rumours suggest. The Mi Watch comes with smart as well as fitness features.

Ahead of the launch lot of details have been revealed by innumerable leaks and rumours flooding the internet. In fact, even Xiaomi has officially teased the Mi Watch days ahead of the launch. The company posted a picture showing two colour variants - white and black - of the upcoming Mi Watch earlier this week. The image revealed the complete design of the Mi Watch. The image made it clear that the design of the Mi Watch is inspired by Apple Watch.

The Mi Watch comes with a big dial like the Apple Watch. Not just the dial, the strap of the Mi Watch also resembles the Apple Watch strap design. The teaser photo shows the Mi Watch in two colours - White and Black. For now, there are no details about any other colour options of the Mi Watch.

--The Mi Watch will have a big screen. This means the users will be able to easily read messages, emails on the screen of the smartwatch.

--The Mi Watch will come with a host of smart features like receiving or rejecting calls, read messages, play or pause music, among others.

--The Mi Watch will also work as a fitness band. This means that the Mi Watch will allow users to track the number of steps walked, km ran, and heart rate.

--The Mi Watch will run MIUI for watch software.

--Ahead of the launch Xiaomi reveals that hardware that will power the Mi Watch. The company says that the Mi Watch will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chip.

--A video showing the watch also leaks ahead of the launch. The video reveals that the Mi Watch will come with a colourful user interface. The app icons in the watch will be colourful.

For now, the Mi Watch is launching in China. As of now, there are no reports on whether the smartwatch will come to India or not. Well, considering Mi Bands popularity in the Indian market it is likely that the Mi Watch will make it to the country. As said, there are no official words on the India launch of the Mi Watch from Xiaomi. On November 5, Xiaomi is launching Mi CC9 Pro and Mi TV 5 series alongside the Mi Watch.
