The smartwatch was announced in China with three different color options including the watch cases and five strap colors. The colors include Pink, Ivory, Black, Navy blue, and Olive.

Now coming to the specifications, Mi Watch features a 1.4-inch display with a resolution of 320x320 pixels. The display comes with features including automatic brightness control based on ambient lighting conditions.
